HVAC System Installations
Our quality central heating & air conditioning installations begin with a computerized HVAC heat load analysis, based on the HVAC industry-standard Manual-J load calculation process, to determine the exact requirements based on heat loss and heat gain for each individual job. Central air conditioning and heating system designs are based on these heat loss and heat gain requirements on a room by room basis. We provide printouts of these HVAC load calculations along with the recommended a/c tonnage and Btu of heat required to adequately heat and cool the structure, to our customers.
Central heating and cooling equipment selection is made by taking into account several considerations, the customer's needs and desires, the actual HVAC load requirements determined by the Manual-J calculations and the local heating and air conditioning trade code allowances. By assembling the information from all of these factors, the result is a quiet efficient HVAC environmental system that is not only installed according to factory specifications, but tailored to the customer's specifications and is within the allowances of the air conditioning & heating trade codes. Replacement of existing commercial and residential central heating & air conditioning equipment is accomplished with the same considerations as our complete HVAC installations.
